PLACE was established on the 4th of August of 1989.
Having started its activity in the beginning of 1990, PLACE has already developed an important number of projects, in the Planning and Management areas.

During the first years, PLACE operated in the market, mainly through its Public Administration Management Department.

Since the beginning of 1994, PLACE restructured its business and began to operate in the market through specialization areas and along side its traditional Public Administration Management area, increased the Business Management area, enlarging its, until then, predominantly academic component, through the entrance of new partners connected to the business world.

Later on, in order to answer to growing demands from Clients, PLACE also began to dedicate itself to consultancy activities in the Professional Training and Human Resources areas.
